After a succesful outing in Em Magan, triumphant duo Bharath and director Thiru Murugan have teamed up again for Muiyandi Vilangyial Moonramandu, again a village based flick with all necessary commercial elements.
Produced by Lotus Fivestar and Thiru Pictures. a temple for Lord Muniyandi was constructed for the film. Says Thirumurugan, ‘at first, we searched for a Muniyandi temple to shoot the film, since it plays an important role in the plot. Later, we came to the decision to construct a small shrine.’
Stating that the temple was constructed at a cost of Rs 10 lakh with all necessary poojas and parikarams, Thirumurugan said it would be presented to the public after the shooting was over.
On the movie, the filmmaker said, ‘it’s emotional family drama which potrays a unique bond of relationship between a father and a son. However, it will be totally different from Em Mahan. Again, Vadivelu is playing an important role.’
The audio of Muniyandi Vilangiyal Moonramandu was released recently by Vijay in the presence of Vairamuthu.
