Kuselan was supposed to be released during 1st of Aadi, but due to internal turmoil the release date is postponed and is expected to hit the screens by first week of August.
At the beigining of the movie, it was said that Rajini is doing just a guest role. Then Rajini announced that he is doing 25% of the film. Then during the launch of audio, it was confirmed that its another Rajini movie made in low budget. Rajini too revealed this by saying "I asked KB sir, whether a small budget movie will suit me as I am doing only bigger one"
P. Vasu is still busy making the movie while KB wants to release it and make money out of it.
